With Top Value Accounting, you can easily manage your accounts directly via the internet, without having to install any software. Top Value Accounting offers you an online system that allows you to access your accounting data from anywhere in the world.

You enter your transactions directly via the online system, where the accounting data you enter is stored securely. The system automatically generates your balance sheet and profit and loss account, as well as the balances for each account.

The relevant documents can be downloaded as PDF files or permanently stored on the server. In addition, all documents can be branded with your company logo upon request.

The system is particularly suitable for grant-making foundations or other institutions that wish to ensure transparency regarding their financial position. The system can automatically value your financial assets based on the current closing prices from the SIX Group, thereby providing you with an overview of the value of your securities with minimal effort.

The system imports the latest closing prices from the SIX Group for shares, bonds, investment funds, ETFs and EPFs, and automatically calculates the value of your portfolio for securities listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange. Market values for other stock exchanges, as well as for securities without a market value (such as private equity) can be entered manually. The system automatically calculates the money-weighted return for the entire portfolio as well as for individual securities, to assess your investment performance.

Top Value does not leave you to deal with your accounting problems on your own, but supports you with a wide range of tasks and enquiries. These include, for example, the preparation of the chart of accounts, the opening balance sheet and the annual financial statements, as well as support with other technical and general enquiries.
